Michelle’s journey with Yoga began 20 years ago as a way to move her body and seek a calm mind.
By 2015 Michelle developed a solid consistent physical practice and began studying Yoga philosophy. In 2022 Michelle began her first teacher training and is now a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200hr level and will begin her 300hr training this fall. Michelle’s classes focus on guiding students of varying experience and ability through general practices that focus on connecting the mind, body, and breath. Michelle offers clear instruction with modifications and options so that each student can make the practice their own.
