Hi! My Name is Erin Mooney.
I am a social worker by day and a fitness enthusiast by night. After years of participation in various exercise classes and programs, my trainer/mentor encouraged me to obtain a Group Fitness Instructor certification. The physical and mental health benefits of exercise have played a huge role in my personal and professional journey - and I want others to have that same opportunity. I believe that finding a realistic balance and variety of physical activity that works for the individual person - a routine that keeps you excited and challenged - is what leads to fitness success. I love seeing and celebrating the progress people make toward their goals. I’ve taught classes such as cardio & core, circuit training, interval training, and barre. When not at the gym, I enjoy being active by hiking, indoor rock climbing, and tap dancing. In my downtime I like cooking, drawing, paddling or relaxing at the lake, spending time with my fur-kids, friends, and loved ones... and all things Halloween. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor. Contact: 802-478-0598 Check out her website |
