Jennie moved here from New Jersey over 20 years ago. She slowly grew to love New England especially Newfound lake. Jennie was in search of a healthier lifestyle and began a yoga practice to compliment her new passion of running. With a consistent practice it became so much more and she chose to pursue teacher training in. She hopes her students find her yoga class a place of self exploration both physically and mentally. Leading them with a mindful practice Jennie tries to create a space for you to take your practice where you need to. Yoga can be for everyone.
Sunrise yoga Intended for all levels. Begin slowly waking all areas of the body. Moving with intention, leaving you ready to start your day. Modifications given as needed. Gentle yoga Great for beginners, athletes, or anyone with limited mobility. Slower paced with lots of alignment cues. Props always suggested. Mixed, All-levels All are welcome. Moderately paced, while lengthening and strengthening the body. Modifications given as needed as well as props. Vinyasa Faster paced class, intended for those already familiar with sun salutations. There will be plenty of fun core work. |
